We have to say goodbye to our friend, colleague, instructor, mover and shaker (literally and metaphorically), Cadence Whittier.
You will be missed by many, many people whose lives you touched through your commitment to people, dance and creativity.

Our 11 not-for-profit Arc New York, Inc. chapter members are located in 19 Western, Central & Southern Tier counties in Upstate New York.
Our professional and highly motivated staff members provide person-centered services connecting individuals to resources and supports: residential programs, day programs, comprehensive autism resources, family supports, pre-school education, job training & placement, community involvement and more.
